Debenhams – Interim Ops Role

In October 2019, after supporting Stefaan Vansteenkiste of Alvarez and Marsal at Intertoys NL on various projects, Amanda was asked to return to undertake “a deep dive” into Debenhams retail business to identify key opportunities. Following this Amanda worked on building a bottom-up £220m payroll and store operating model, including store structures and role profiles, and improving store communication to improve team engagement. Sales and team incentive initiatives were introduced to maximise sales at peak trading.
