We facilitated the closure of 276 stores in administration on behalf of PWC. The project consisted of the immediate closure of the stores, reconciliation of the stock and exiting all stores within a 5-day period. This required concise planning and the deployment of consultants to support the process because of the very sensitive nature of the project.
